SED-110LF-B high-speed electromagnetic induction sealing machine (aluminum foil cap sealer). Heats aluminum foil via induction to melt the adhesive layer and bond it to the bottle mouth — non-contact, continuous sealing
Funktionsweise
High-frequency electromagnetic field (75-85 kHz) induces eddy currents in the aluminum foil layer, heating it to melt the bonding film beneath and adhere it to the plastic/glass bottle mouth — achieving continuous, high-speed, non-contact sealing. The machine uses forced air cooling on all heated components, keeping size small and operating costs low. An electronic variable-speed conveyor allows real-time speed adjustment to optimize seal quality. The induction head has two vertical adjustment levels to accommodate bottle heights of 60-125mm. Over-temperature and over-current protection circuits extend service life.
