Funktionsweise
Bag mouth is fed onto the conveyor band; PTFE-belted heated bars (electronic constant-temperature, 0–300 °C settable) press and seal the bag mouth as the bag travels at the set conveyor speed (0–12 m/min, stepless). A steel printing wheel simultaneously prints date/batch code on the sealed strip. Horizontal layout keeps the sealing plane level for flat bags.
Prozessbeschreibung
