Funktionsweise
Vials with stoppers seated enter via the in-feed conveyor into the in-feed dial; the dial hangs an aluminum cap on each vial and transfers it to the main carrier plate. The vial is held stationary on the carrier plate while the single crimping blade descends and then rotates gradually, pressing the aluminum cap edge from shallow to deep, sealing the cap tightly around the vial neck. Finished vials exit via the out-feed dial onto the out-feed conveyor where a counter tallies output. The electromagnetic-resonance cap-orientation bowl feeds caps uniformly into the track; improperly oriented caps are rejected back into the bowl by a special track notch, ensuring all caps enter opening-up.
