Funktionsweise
Powder is loaded into the hopper and gravity/metering-fed into a wire-EDM stainless mould cavity. A high-power pure-copper-wound oil-pump motor drives a high-pressure hydraulic cylinder with small bore (fast cycle time, high safety factor) to compress the powder. Formed blocks are automatically ejected. Adjustable pressure (0–10 t) and thickness allow different block densities and sizes from a single mould set. PLC manages the complete automatic cycle.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Powder is loaded into the hopper and gravity/metering-fed into a wire-EDM stainless mould cavity.
