Funktionsweise
Filtered air is heated electrically (or via steam/hot-air furnace) and enters tangentially into a hot-air distributor that distributes air uniformly into the spray drying chamber. Feed liquid is atomized into 20-60 μm droplets that flash-evaporate on contact with hot air. Dried powder slides down the conical chamber walls into a powder collection drum (or directly into cyclone collection); fines are separated by cyclone, exhaust optionally passes through a wet (Venturi) scrubber.
