Funktionsweise
Powder is loaded into the fluid bed. Cold air is drawn through pre-filter (EU7) → intermediate filter (EU9) → HEPA, heated by 18 kW electric heater to the set temperature, and blown into the bottom chamber to fluidise material as a turbojet. Granulating binder or coating liquid is delivered by the peristaltic pump from the SUS304 pneumatic liquid barrel through the spray nozzle (top spray for granulation; 2× centrifugal pelleting nozzles for pelletisation; or 1× bottom coating nozzle), atomised by compressed air shear. Liquid contacts fluidised particles and dries quickly. Evaporated moisture is drawn out by the 7.5 kW HG-3800C exhaust fan via SUS304 1.5 mm exhaust pipe. Bag filter (Φ550) collects fines; bag lift-down device shakes fines off. Siemens PLC controls inlet air temperature and exhaust fan.
