Funktionsweise
Interchangeable-drum high-efficiency coating: three drum sizes Φ370/300/300 mm (capacity 10/5/2 kg/batch) driven by explosion-proof gear-motor at 3–28 rpm via VFD; ST-6 SIiCK imported stainless spray gun (excellent atomisation, no clogging, adjustable spray rate/angle/atomisation pressure/switch pressure) delivers coating liquid via Jieheng BT-100CA/153YXPPS peristaltic pump (2–100 rpm). Three-stage filtered hot air (800 m³/h, 40–80°C, Class 100,000) dries material inside the drum. Exhaust fan (1685 m³/h, F10 cylindrical filter) exhausts directly outside — energy-saving. Full operation controlled by programmable system (Siemens S7-200 PLC + SMART-700 touchscreen + Delta temperature module): multi-display + multi-mode + circuit-break alarm. Coating process is fully enclosed to prevent dust and spray splatter.
