Funktionsweise
Fully automatic sleeve packaging: items enter the sealing/cutting station via conveyor. The sleeve machine wraps PE film (0.03–0.12 mm) around the item using alloy Teflon-coated blades to seal and cut. The wrapped product is then conveyed into the SED-25RS-N downstream jet-type heat shrink tunnel (ambient–300 °C, insulated heating pipes with circulation heating) for shrink wrapping. Automatic wrapping + sealing/cutting + body-hugging heat shrink completed in one continuous pass. Electronic thermostat provides stable temperature without fluctuation.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Fully automatic sleeve packaging: items enter the sealing/cutting station via conveyor.
2The sleeve machine wraps PE film (0.03–0.12 mm) around the item using alloy Teflon-coated blades to seal and cut.
3The wrapped product is then conveyed into the SED-25RS-N downstream jet-type heat shrink tunnel (ambient–300 °C, insulated heating pipes with circulation heating) for shrink wrapping.
4Automatic wrapping + sealing/cutting + body-hugging heat shrink completed in one continuous pass.
5Electronic thermostat provides stable temperature without fluctuation.
