Funktionsweise

The operator energises the unit and starts the draught fan (direction per marker arrow). Adjustable horizontal swing blades along the air ducts are tuned at commissioning by placing thermometers at top, mid-height and bottom of the cabinet to minimise temperature gradient. The selected heat source (steam, hot water, electric, or far-infrared) heats incoming air; a humidity-actuated exhaust mechanism discharges moist air when the set threshold is reached. The fan recirculates the bulk of the hot air through the load; a small fraction is exchanged to remove moisture. PT-sensor feedback drives automatic temperature control.

Reinigung und Wartung

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; wipe interior with wet towel, then 75% industrial alcohol for sterilisation. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with wet towel; wipe interior again with 75% industrial alcohol. Monthly: inspect motor and fan; clean fan blades. Annual: check and re-tighten electrical connections.
