SED-100PWZL-A — Spray Granulator

Compressed slurry (solids content ~40 %) is pumped by an imported WANNER three-piston diaphragm pump (VFD-controlled, 2–6 MPa) through high-pressure nozzles (pressure atomisation) into the spray-drying tower. Direct-fired natural-gas hot air (Riello linear burner, inlet 180–200 °C) enters through a perforated + corrugated-plate flow straightener for uniform air distribution. Atomised droplets dry in co-current flow; tower bottom uses a patented internal-cyclone structure (increases bottom discharge rate from ~70 % to 90–95 %). Fine particles are captured first by a long-cone high-efficiency cyclone separator (~95–98 % efficiency), then by a pulse-jet bag filter, and finally scrubbed by a wet-foam dust scrubber (exhaust dust ≤15 mg/m³). A patented fines-return device recycles cyclone and bag-filter fines back into the main tower for secondary granulation. Outlet temperature controls feed pump speed (VFD) to maintain stable product moisture; tower pressure controls induced-draft fan frequency (Siemens VFD). A colour camera monitors the spray-gun nozzles.
