Funktionsweise
Conveyor moves the product under the print-and-apply head. Panasonic product sensor signals the Wecon PLC. The Zebra ZT230 printer retrieves variable data from the database and prints the label on demand; the label head (driven by the label-head motor) applies the label by roller-apply method to the product's flat surface; a top press roller ensures the label lies flat. A Samkoon 7-inch colour touchscreen HMI provides operator interface. Three-rod digital-display adjustment + index mechanism + roller-apply labelling mechanism provides rigid, stable alignment.
