SED-100LP1-C — Automatischer Flaschenaufrichter

The machine is used to organise disordered polyester bottles. Scattered bottles are lifted by an elevator into the bottle storage ring of the unscrambler. Driven by the rotating disc, the bottles enter individual slots and self-position. A bottle-flipping device and air-conveying system orient each bottle mouth-up and discharge it to the next process. The machine stops automatically when bottles are full and restarts automatically when bottles are missing.
