Funktionsweise
Powders are loaded via vacuum loader into the 1000L cylindrical chamber. Bottom paddle (168rpm) tumbles material; binder slurry is sprayed from the 100L pressurized tank; cross-shaped star chopper (2900rpm) on the side wall fragments lumps and densifies granules. Closed operation (gas seal at shaft) keeps powder contained — meeting GMP. Discharge via SUS304 φ150 outlet (pneumatic). Process: dry-mix 2 min, granulate 1-4 min — 4-5× faster than traditional methods, with 25% less binder.
