SED-1000QXJ-W — CIP Cleaning System

Acid, alkali and hot water are stored in three 1000 L closed double-jacketed SUS304 tanks. The CIP process pump (3 kW, 10 t/h, 36 m head) circulates cleaning solution through the sanitary piping loop. A steam-heated SUS304 heat exchanger raises the hot-water tank to the target temperature via a Spirax Sarco steam trap (DN20), Korean JK steam valves (DN25), and a Gemu/equivalent steam control valve. A Wilden PE diaphragm pump meters concentrated acid/alkali from 60 L PE concentrate tanks. The complete sequence is controlled by a Siemens PLC with a 7" touch screen; SMC pneumatic elements actuate valves; Meikong SUS304 temperature and level sensors provide feedback.
