Funktionsweise
Tablet cores tumble in the rotating tilted pan (Φ1000 mm, 15–45° tilt adjustable, 0–32 rpm VFD). Coating liquid in the 20 L heated/insulated tank is maintained at process temperature and continuously stirred by a pneumatic stirrer (adjustable speed). A peristaltic pump feeds the liquid through a two-position three-way solenoid valve to two large-bore atomised spray guns simultaneously. Hot air (4 kW heater, ambient–80°C) dries the film. Tablets undergo complex tumbling motion, achieving smooth, complete, uniform coating film.
