Funktionsweise

Tablet cores tumble in the rotating tilted coating pan (Φ1000 mm, 30°, 0–32 rpm VFD). An RA-C1 spray gun atomises coating solution onto the tablet bed; liquid and air supply is automated. Simultaneously, controlled hot air (ambient to ~80°C, 4 kW electric heater + 200 W blower) is introduced to dry the coating film. The tablet surface forms a smooth, complete film through continuous complex tumbling motion.

Prozessbeschreibung

1Tablet cores tumble in the rotating tilted coating pan (Φ1000 mm, 30°, 0–32 rpm VFD).

2An RA-C1 spray gun atomises coating solution onto the tablet bed; liquid and air supply is automated.

3Simultaneously, controlled hot air (ambient to ~80°C, 4 kW electric heater + 200 W blower) is introduced to dry the coating film.
