Funktionsweise
3% softened NaCl brine is pumped into the tubular acrylic electrolysis cell where DC36V from a high-frequency switching power supply drives chlorine generation at the Ti/Ru-Ir-coated anode and hydrogen evolution at the Ti cathode. The reaction yields 5,000–8,000 ppm sodium hypochlorite solution. Hydrogen is continuously exhausted by a dedicated fan. An integrated softener and acid-clean station maintain brine quality and electrode life.
Prozessbeschreibung
13% softened NaCl brine is pumped into the tubular acrylic electrolysis cell where DC36V from a high-frequency switching power supply drives chlorine generation at the Ti/Ru-Ir-coated anode and hydrogen evolution at the Ti cathode.
