Funktionsweise
Operator dumps loose bottles into the elevator (SED-TSJ-C, 1.3 × 2.7 × 2.7 m) hopper; elevator delivers them to the unscrambler bowl. Rotating disc pushes bottles into individual cells; bottles are auto-oriented via flip mechanism (already-upright bottles pass through; inverted bottles flip 180°). A position sensor checks completion; properly oriented bottles exit via the outfeed port to an air conveyor or belt conveyor. Outlet photo sensor monitors downstream jam; if jam is detected, disc motor stops; resumes automatically when bottle count drops. Custom torque-limiter drive prevents damage under overload, with dual protection via overload detector.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Operator dumps loose bottles into the elevator (SED-TSJ-C, 1.3 × 2.7 × 2.7 m) hopper; elevator delivers them to the unscrambler bowl.
