Funktionsweise
Products are conveyed onto the weighing belt; the FlashCell EMFR sensor reports dynamic weight at high speed; controller assigns each product to one of 7 weight zones per the active product profile. The configured reject mechanism (pusher, drop, blow, swing arm, flip-up, servo divert, etc.) acts on products outside the acceptable zone. Upstream spacing devices (timing screw, star wheel, pull-pitch conveyor) ensure correct product gap for accurate weighing.
