Funktionsweise
Servo-driven film clamp pulls PET/PVC sheet from the roll rack through the following stations in sequence: (1) heating and vacuum/positive-pressure forming — upper mould shapes blister pockets using hydro-pneumatic boost cylinders; (2) hardware die punch for easy-tear notch holes (5–10 T hydro-pneumatic cylinder, DC53 die); (3) robotic mechanical arm places products from tray into formed pockets; (4) Tyvek paper auto-fed from roll, colour-mark located, laminated over pockets; (5) HF radio-frequency heat sealing — paper-to-PET seal; (6) laser die simultaneous cutting of profile and tear perforations (20–25 T hydro-pneumatic cylinder); (7) auto inkjet on each card; (8) finished products auto-output; (9) waste film auto-winding.
