Funktionsweise

A 220V 50Hz single-phase electric motor (rated 2800 rpm, 1.1 kW input) drives an oil-free piston compressor head. Atmospheric air is drawn through an inlet filter, compressed by the piston(s) and discharged into the integrated 9 L air receiver tank. A pressure switch cycles the motor on at low pressure and off at the 8 bar setpoint. Air is taken off the tank through a quick-connect outlet (with adjustable pressure regulator and gauge in typical usage) to the downstream pneumatic tooling.

Prozessbeschreibung

1A 220V 50Hz single-phase electric motor (rated 2800 rpm, 1.1 kW input) drives an oil-free piston compressor head.

Reinigung und Wartung

Drain condensate from the air receiver tank daily (or after each shift) via the bottom drain valve. Clean inlet filter element periodically (tap clean of dust; replace if clogged). Wipe outer surfaces with clean dry cloth. Power off and depressurize before any maintenance.
