Seven imaging channels are arranged around the capsule transport path: 4 high-resolution color cameras capture 4 cylindrical face views (360-degree cylindrical surface inspection); 2 high-resolution color cameras capture both end faces; 1 grayscale camera with infrared light source detects hollow shells. This provides 360-degree full coverage with no blind zones. Real-time interaction control system with precise single-capsule positioning and rejection. Rejection-confirmation function ensures zero missed rejections. Defective capsules are air-blown out by the high-pressure vortex blower.
