SED-0.6TFM-J — 0.6 m³, Motorized Double-Door

Air-steam mixed-pressure sterilization with forced circulation. Pure steam (0.4–0.6 MPa) is admitted under partial vacuum into the chamber alongside ambient/sterile air; one or more 2.2 kW high-energy dual-speed centrifugal blowers force the mixed gas through the load via a 316L SS circulating air duct. Mixed-gas flow provides uniform heat transfer (≤±2°C) without relying on saturated-steam condensation alone — critical for sealed plastic packages where over-pressure on bag interior must be controlled. Cooling and drying: 304 SS cooling coil in the chamber draws in cooling water to condense the mixed gas; residual surface moisture evaporates during the dry phase. Optional hot-air drying attachment for higher dryness. Door-safety interlock: chamber must be fully depressurized before door can open; door must be sealed before steam can enter.
