SED-ZTSJ-S — Automatic Tablet/Capsule Loader-Elevator

Operator loads tablets or capsules into the bulk hopper(80–100 L); a vibratory sieve transfers a metered slug into the lift bucket; a Hechuan servo drive runs decelerate–accelerate–decelerate to a preset height, where the bucket tilts to dump product into the downstream packer's hopper. A photoelectric sensor in the destination hopper auto-triggers refills and stops the cycle when full. Quick-release flip-bucket and large hopper designs allow tool-free disassembly for cleaning; no dead corners at machine base.
