120ml oral liquid glass bottle wash-dry-fill-cap filling line, 100-130 bpm. Comprises SED-XP-Z 48-head rotary disc air rinser + SED-130RXG-Z high-temperature sterilization tunnel oven (300°C ≥5 min, 35 kW) + SED-16-12YTG
مبدأ العمل
Air rinser: 48-head disc + 180° invert + purified compressed air inside-outside wash. Tunnel oven: stainless steel heating tubes hot-air circulation 300°C sterilization ≥5 min, 3 zones(preheat + high-temp + cooling), Grade 100 laminar flow cooling prevents secondary contamination, exit bottle temperature ≤40°C. Filler/capper: progressive edge-retaining net belt + large-diameter slow bottle disc + 316L SS metering pump tracking filling + three-blade flexible roll-on tracking capping; PLC + touchscreen + VFD stepless speed control; no-bottle no-cap / no-roll-on.
