مبدأ العمل
Fill volume and rate are set on the HMI touch-screen. The PLC converts the setpoints to pulse count and pulse rate, which drive the servo motor. The servo motor drives a high-precision magnetic gear pump(316 SS housing, PEEK gears) that dispenses product. Fill volume is controlled by servo-pulse count(gear revolutions); fill speed by servo-pulse rate. No-delay fill valve eliminates inter-batch lag. Changing bottle format requires only minor part swaps and adjustments, giving high versatility across bottle diameters and heights. For capping, the vibratory bowl + waterfall belt elevator auto-orients and feeds plastic caps; a torque-clutch rotary head threads the cap while an anti-spin device grips the bottle.
