SED-YTGX-D(Purified Water) is a complete 500 mL purified-water bottling line at 10,000–12,000 bottles/hour covering three subsystems.(1) 8-tonne water-treatment system: raw-water pump, quartz-sand filter, activated-carbon filter, scale inhibitor, fine filter, single-stage RO, ozone sterilizer, raw-water and storage tanks(locally sourced), stainless piping and valves.(2) Filling system: 32/32/10 wash-fill-cap monobloc, cap rinser, lamp inspection, capper, bottle-conveying(~100 m), bottle-body air dryer, sleeve labeler, laser coder, inline shrink-film wrapper(12-bottle pack), low-pressure screw air compressor.(3) Blow-mold system: two automatic blow-molders with preform feeders, high-pressure air compressors, high-pressure air receivers, refrigerated dryers, filters, chillers, and 2 sets of bottle molds.
