SED-YGY-A is a handheld ATP fluorescence detector for rapid hygiene/microbial monitoring. Based on the firefly luciferase-luciferin reaction, the device measures luminescence (RLU) generated when sample ATP reacts with t
مبدأ العمل
The swab head contains a stabilized luciferase + luciferin enzyme-reaction reagent. The user samples a surface(cotton tip, 10x10 cm wipe at 45 degrees) or water(water-sampler swab), then snaps the upper-capsule valve to release the bacterial-lysis solution onto the cotton tip. Lysis frees ATP from microbial cells; the ATP combines with the luciferase reagent to emit photons. The swab is inserted into the instrument's optical chamber where an imported high-sensitivity photoelectric(PMT/SiPM) sensor counts the emitted photons over the 15 s detection window. The signal is converted to relative light units(RLU; 0-999999, sensitivity 1 RLU) and compared against user-set upper/lower limits. A built-in self-calibration light source verifies optical performance at power-on(30 s self-test).

التنظيف والصيانة
Wipe instrument exterior with a clean dry or lightly alcohol-dampened cloth; keep optical chamber free of dust; do not immerse in water. Store reagent swabs in refrigerator and warm 20-30 min(or 5 min in palm) before use. Used swabs are single-use disposables -- discard per local biohazard / lab waste guidelines.
