SED-TSJ — Inclined Belt Elevator

Materials or caps are fed at the base via a vibrating feed hopper onto the belt or chain, which rises along the inclined track to the preset height. The variable-speed motor and frequency inverter allow flexible speed adjustment. In the cap-dedicated version, guide blades control the number of caps in the channel; an enhanced inverted-cap rejection mechanism ejects reversed caps; sensors detect a full-cap condition and stop the machine automatically. Caps reaching the upper discharge flow smoothly into the next process(e.g., capping machine). The compact, modular structure can be combined in series with fillers, sealers, and capping machines to form a fully automated packaging line.
