مبدأ العمل
The vibration plate sorts caps and delivers them to the bottle mouth according to a sample-customized tooling. Caps are fitted(placed) on the bottle mouth automatically. The three-wheel capping mechanism(instead of the standard four-wheel) grips the cap and rotates it to the required tightness — adjustable via the capping tightness control. PLC and HMI touch screen control the automation sequence. No-bottle-no-cap logic prevents misfiring.
