SED-QX-M — Air Washer

Bottles are fed onto the rotating turntable. Once positioned, 316L stainless steel nozzles blow filtered, clean compressed air into each bottle to dislodge internal dust particles. Proximity switches detect bottle position and feed signals to the PLC in real time; the touchscreen displays status and alarm information. Bottles are continuously discharged from the turntable to the downstream filling line.
