SED-PZBZ-H oral-liquid blister packaging line, comprising a blister tray former (SED-250P2-A) and an automatic cartoner (SED-100WZH-A). Tray former: 10–50 strokes/min, max forming area 250×180×30 mm, 380V/4.5 kW, 0.6–0.8
مبدأ العمل
PVC/PET sheet unwinding→ preheating and softening→ positive-pressure blow-forming of blisters→ defect detection and rejection→ feeding→ die-cutting of formed trays. Trays, together with drug plates and package inserts, enter the cartoner: carton magazine suction-opens carton blanks, pusher loads product, leaflet folded and inserted, carton flaps tucked and sealed, steel-type batch coding printed, and defective cartons(missing inserts or vials) rejected.
