SED-LFS-H — Full-Automatic High-Power Water-Cooling Electromagnetic Induction Aluminum-Foil Sealing Machine

After the cap(containing an aluminium-foil liner) is applied to the bottle, the bottle is conveyed under the induction sealing head where an oscillating electromagnetic field is generated. Eddy currents heat the aluminium foil; the polymer film under the foil melts and bonds to the bottle mouth, forming a hermetic seal. A full-bridge rectifier–inverter circuit and solid-state integrated circuits ensure uniform sealing; negative-feedback output circuit automatically adjusts output power to match load variation.
