The SED-KXTX-H is a complete sheet chewing gum production line comprising a kibbler (17 kW), gum base oven (36 kW), 300L mixer (SED-300JB-H, 20 kW), extruder (SED-135KJCJ-H, 18.2 kW), rolling-and-scoring machine (SED-340
مبدأ العمل
Gum base is kibbled, oven-softened, and mixed in the 300L mixer with flavors and sugars. The extruder(dualφ140 mm feed screws + dualφ135 mm extrusion screws) forces the gum mass into a continuous sheet. The rolling-and-scoring machine(4 rollers, 2 blades, independent speed per station) reduces the sheet to the target thickness and scores it into individual tablets. The stick wrapper then wraps each stick in aluminum foil + belly band, completing finished-product packaging.
