Filled capsules are fed in via the feed inlet(height 780–830 mm above floor). A motor-driven(Xiamen Jingyan/JSCC 200W servo motor with Shihlin VFD) spiral brush spins inside a stainless steel screen mesh tube. The brush propels capsules forward while friction polishes the surface. Negative pressure(via dust extraction port, Phi 32 mm outer diameter) draws away powder and debris through the screen perforations. Substandard capsules fall through the screen holes; qualified capsules advance to the discharge outlet(height 400–450 mm above floor). Compressed air(0.3 MPa, 0.25 m³/min) is regulated by an Air-SYA filter/regulator(inlet Phi 12 mm).
