A 45 kV / 200 uA Ag/W-target end-window integrated micro X-ray tube excites the sample. A high-performance SiPIN detector collects fluorescence X-rays. Direct-reading analysis combined with Fundamental Parameters(FP) method quantifies elements from Mg(Z=20) to U(Z=92). A 3 mm radiation-shielding material collimator is used with no filter wheel(software baseline subtraction). An object-presence sensor auto-closes the X-ray tube when no sample is present, keeping side leakage to <=0.2 uSv/h(background subtracted).
