SED-FXP — Sterile Inverting Bottle Washing Machine

Bottles are conveyed by mesh belt to the pick-up station. The robotic gripper clamps each bottle and inverts it 180°(mouth down). Spray needles rise into the bottle bottom and, according to the programmed sequence, alternately inject purified water, water-for-injection, and clean compressed air(two-water-two-air or three-water-one-air cycles); external spray nozzles clean the bottle exterior simultaneously. High-pressure air then atomises residual water droplets inside. After washing, the needle retracts, the gripper re-inverts the bottle 180°(mouth up), and pushes it onto the exit track. The water circuit and air circuit are independent with no cross-contamination.
