Products are separated by the bottle-dividing mechanism, guided and centered by the bottle-guiding mechanism, then held firmly by the top-pressing mechanism. Once the product-detection sensor signals the PLC, both side label heads simultaneously dispense labels via stepper-motor-driven traction. Label guide mechanisms align labels; brush and sponge rollers press labels firmly onto both product sides. The product exits fully double-labeled.
