SED-FMGX-H is a six-machine health supplement powder canning line designed for 1 kg round containers (height 26 cm, diameter 15 cm, cap diameter 11 cm) at 30 cans/min. Line configuration: SED-50LP-H automatic bottle unsc
مبدأ العمل
Empty round cans are manually loaded onto the SED-50LP-H 800 mm centrifugal-disk unscrambler(220 V, 0.18 kW, 30–50 cans/min), which aligns them mouth-up onto the line conveyor. Cans index under the dual-head powder filler(25–35 cans/min, customizable fill weight via screw-auger attachment swap, ±1% accuracy on 100 g flour-equivalent; 380V, 3 kW, dims 3000×1300×2000 mm). The filled can proceeds to the SED-4CG-H capper(4-wheel screw-down, auto cap-feed, cap Ø30–80 mm, 0.5–0.7 MPa pneumatic, 25–40 cans/min, 220V/2 kW). The SED-YDT-H round-bottle labeler then applies a wrap-around label(bottle Ø30–100 mm, label height 15–130 mm, 25–50 cans/min, 220V/1.2 kW). The SED-JDM-H CO2 RF laser coder(10/30/60 W, 10.6/9.3µm, line width 0.02 mm, min char height 0.3 mm, 220V) marks lot and expiry. Finally the auto bottle collector(φ800 mm turntable, 0.37 kW,~65 kg) gathers finished cans.
