SED-FMGX-F — Powder Filling Linkage Line

Vials enter the SED-CXP-F washer through a star wheel(magnetic clutch protects from jams) onto a single PTFE-lined screw track that flips them 180° mouth-down. Through the ultrasonic tank(D28-2000 generator, 2 kW, 28 kHz, Zhongnuo Zhangjiagang) cavitation lifts dust off the inner wall; recirculated water + WFI + 0.22µm filtered compressed air rinse alternately(3 water + 3 air). A 10 kW heater keeps water warm. After rinsing, vials flip 180° back mouth-up and exit. Vials pass to the SED-80RXG-F tunnel oven on a stainless chain(variable speed via Riye VFD); SS heating tubes(25×850 mm with fins) heat the air to 200–250 °C with hold time >15 min and 2000–2400 m³/h exhaust. Pt100(Shanghai SIPAI, A-class, ±0.15 °C) feeds a CTL-5FP03 controller; Siemens PLC and HMI log temperature. After cooling, vials enter the SED-2FGX-F filler: a supply turntable centers each vial under a dual-head 316L screw doser(servo-driven, ±3–4% on 10 g doses); a vibratory bowl orients rubber stoppers and a vacuum two-head shuttle picks and presses them onto vials; another vibratory bowl orients aluminum caps and a 3-knife dual-head crimper seals each vial(≥99.5% pass).
