SED-FMGX-B — Tea / Herb / Powder Paper-Can Canning Line

Empty paper cans enter the SED-60LP-B turntable unscrambler(1.2 m disk, motor-driven) which orients them on a chain conveyor 900 mm above the floor. For granular tea / herb leaves, the cans pass under the SED-10DTC-B 10-head combination weigher(Bukko HMI, 1.6 L hoppers, ±0.5-2 g accuracy at 25-50 cans/min) loaded by a 304 stainless Z-bucket elevator(100 L bulk, 1.5 L per bucket); the SED-50KLGJ-B 10-station rotary catcher synchronizes vibration to fast-fill at the canister opening. For fine powders(50-400 g per can), cans go through the SED-1FGJ2-B single-head screw filler(servo-driven screw with auger feed, ±3-5 g). Filled cans then pass the SED-Z-B cap elevator that uses cap weight asymmetry to orient lids correctly(40-100 mm Ø, 8-60 mm thick). The custom SED-30YGJ-B dual-head turret capper presses the lid in two stations with auto height adjustment. Finally a SED-DTB1-B positioned-labeler wraps a label around each can. The recovery turntable(3rd SED-60LP-B) delivers finished cans to packing.
