SED-FLS-A — Goods Air Shower

Personnel or goods enter the air shower channel, triggering the shower sequence via mechanical interlock and infrared sensing. Eight 750 W blowers force air through 570×570×69 mm HEPA filters and then through 72 high-velocity nozzles(36 per side) to blow off surface particles from personnel or goods for 0-99 s(typically 15-20 s). Return air is recirculated through the top-mounted filters. Intelligent voice prompts guide users through the process. The mechanical interlock prevents both inner and outer doors from opening simultaneously until the shower cycle completes, preventing external air from entering the cleanroom.
