مبدأ العمل
Cartons enter on a powered roller / belt conveyor. A pneumatic flap-folder closes the four top flaps(front, rear, and two side flaps). The carton then passes through a tape head that lays a strip of OPP tape across the top seam and another along the bottom seam, with brushes pressing the tape down. The sealed carton then enters an integrated banding station where a PP/PET strap is fed around the box, tensioned, and heat-welded. Photo-sensors detect tape and strap reels and trigger alarms when low. Operator panel sets carton size and strap pattern.
