مبدأ العمل
Bottles are fed along the conveyor track and separated at equal intervals by the bottle-spacing mechanism. A photoelectric sensor detects each passing bottle and signals the drive system to dispense a label. The tensioning system maintains consistent label-tape tension. The label is coded by the coder, then the label-positioning sensor determines the label length and pulls out the label to the required length. Under the action of the labeling and label-pressing components, the label is automatically peeled off and applied flatly to the designated position on the bottle, completing the full labeling cycle.

Wipe outer surfaces and inside the machine with a clean damp cloth before and after each production shift. Clean mechanical parts with detergent(alcohol) and a clean cloth. Clean photoelectric sensor windows and pressure switch windows with a dry cloth only. When cleaning pneumatic components, disconnect from the air source first.
