Servo-driven X/Y/Z gantry with timing belt + precision linear guides; closed-loop motors hold ±0.05 mm repeatability. 3-axis linear interpolation lets the head trace any 3D path. Programs are taught via an LCD teach box(320x240) or PC editor and stored locally; U-disk copy moves recipes between machines. Optional 4th axis controls a Z-axis suction device for pick-and-press cycles. RS232 plus 4-in/4-out I/O coordinate with upstream/downstream auto-feeders.
