A top-mounted 400 mm aluminum-impeller centrifugal fan draws air in and pushes it through a partition-less H14 HEPA filter(99.99%@0.3μm), creating a vertical clean laminar flow downward into the work zone, achieving ISO Class 5 / Class 100 cleanliness. During non-operation periods, a 0.6 m UV germicidal lamp can be activated to sterilize the work area.
