Capsules are loaded into the sorting assembly, flipped, separated and positioned to the capsule disc by vacuum. The liquid dosing station uses a ceramic/peristaltic pump with servo cylinder to inject liquid; the powder station uses a metering device to fill powder. After dual-material filling the locking mechanism rejoins the capsule body, and the ejector pin disc pushes finished capsules out.
