مبدأ العمل
Operator places a round product into the rotating clamp jig. A CPC pneumatic cylinder closes the clamp and the jig spins through 360°. The traction belt advances the label web; SICK photoeye detects the label edge; the label peels off the backing and is rolled onto the bottle by a sponge-tube covering mechanism as the bottle rotates. Backing paper rewinds onto the take-up reel.
