Servo motor drives a screw auger to dispense powder into containers. PLC and touch screen(HMI) set the dispensing quantity. An auxiliary stirring motor ensures uniform material flow. Custom trays and quick-clamp(quick-release/install) dispensing head design enable rapid product changeover. Height is rapidly adjustable with a digital indicator showing position.
