SED-BCG1-P is a semi-automatic capping (cap-tightening / 'duckbill') machine for screw-cap closures on round and small bottles. The operator places a pre-capped bottle into a fixing fork; a pneumatic gland cylinder press
مبدأ العمل
Operator slides a pre-capped bottle into the fixing fork, aligning the cap centerline with the gland(press) cylinder. In manual mode, jogging the foot pedal triggers one cycle: a pneumatic gland cylinder(0.4–0.6 MPa) lowers a press head onto the cap(gap 1–2 mm above the cap top), two opposed motor-driven friction wheels close on the cap with 2–3 mm symmetric clearance and rotate at adjustable speed to spin/tighten the cap until the preset torque(knob, normal range 130–150 V on the motor controller) is reached. In auto mode, the cycle repeats based on adjustable lock-time and interval-time timers(standard 1–1.5 s, 0.1 s units).

التنظيف والصيانة
Wipe outer surface and cap-contact friction wheels at end of shift. Do not adjust controller voltage below 100 V(motor will not run). Turn off air supply before adjusting friction-wheel clearance.
